  • Incredible that we(USA) are trying to get the Taliban into peace talks. I doubt even Chamberlain would have believed that "peace in(for) our time" is a possibility with the Taliban. Either we need to stop playing with these people, or we need to stop playing with them.

  • People are missing the point of the article. I keep reading that American schools are almost last in the sciences amongst Western nations. These kids aren't stupid they are useing what they learned in chemistry class. Using salt to separate the alcohol from the other products? Genius.

  • If a person tried alcohol at say 15. Then a few months later smoked pot for the first time, then 4 years later tried coke, or heroin. Wouldn't alcohol be the gateway drug?

  • Jac 241million would come out to around 86million(California tax) in one lump sum. You give 40% off the top for getting it all at one time, and then 39.2-39.7 to taxes. Basically you will get 60% of the 241m then another 60%(144.6m) of that.
